Release 5.0b is available to both Sage VIP & Sage 200c VIP users

It is a highly recommended update for RSA users who make payments for reimbursive travel. The update also contains important changes for Swaziland payrolls and other Non-RSA tax countries.

Release 5.0b# - for Sage 200c VIP users only

Release 5.0b# is a new runtime enhancement. Only Sage 200c VIP users are required to install this new software. Payrolls must be on Release 5.0b before installing Release 5.0b#.

The Minister of Finance has designated six Special Economic Zones in the Government Gazette effective 1 August 2018. Click here to view the Government Gazette.

Mauritius - PAYE changes 2018

Malawi - Change in PAYE rates

The MRA has issued the following notice to employers with regards to the new tax tables. The effective date for the new tax rates is 1 July 2018.

Tanzania - WCF Online Portal

The Workers Compensation Fund (WCF) has introduced an online self-service portal. Users can now complete their self-assessments as well as payments for contributions online.
