OID Submission Deadline and New Online Submission Portal
A notice was issued that the OID (Return of Earnings) submission for 2017/2018 deadline has been extended. The submission period is open from 1 April 2018 - 31 May 2018. Please click here to view the notice. The Department of Labour has also introduced a new online submission portal, namely CF-Filing, which will be open for submission from 1 April 2018.
Annual Reconciliation (EMP501) Submission Dates

Namibia Budget Speech 2018/2019
Namibia’s budget speech was held on 7 March 2018. Click here to view the proposed changes. Please note that these changes are not in effect yet and no effective date has been made available. Once we receive confirmation, these changes will be implemented on the system and communication will be sent out.
Namibia VET Levy Change
Previously the Namibia Training Authority excluded statutory employer contributions from the VET levy remuneration. They have now clarified that statutory employer contributions (for example the Social Security contribution) must be included in the VET Levy remuneration.
Changes were made to the Namibia pay plan for VET Levy changes.
