Sage X3 V11 and Sage X3 People V9 can be installed on the same site as separate solutions, sharing the same Syracuse server. The Syracuse server must be in the last version (V11). To avoid disfunction related to links definition, or authoring, you can install an additional patch.

Compensation Fund Amendments OID Report V9

Please see the new OID Detail and Summary Reports, click here for detailed OID report documentation for the setup of the report. Please go through this document to ensure all the report requirements are met.

We have made amendment for the following scenarios:

Exporting multiple companies with the same UIF Registration number.
Service period counts when employed within a month.
Counts for tax status of the employee changes during the tax year (no broken service periods, but new records)
Movements between directors and normal employees.
Exclusion from OID for certain periods in the tax year.
Terminations and re-appointments within the same month.
Adjustments after termination.

Botswana Budget Speech 2018/9

The Botswana budget speech was held on 5 February 2018. All income taxed rates will remain unchanged. It was also announced that the drafting of a tax administration law is expected to be completed in the next financial year.
